If you are a UK citizen and want to run a business within the European Union after Brexit, Estonian e-residency may be a solution. The e-Residency programme has evaluated the impact on UK businesses of a Brexit without an EU deal. The areas they examined are:

  • Legal recognition

  • Taxation

  • Cross-border trade in goods and services

  • Data protection

  • Contracts

  • Intellectual property.

They also compared managing a UK company in the UK after a no-deal Brexit with managing an EU company in the UK through e-Residency after a no-deal Brexit. Find out if e-residency is for you in their article on Medium:

I can imagine it is a stressful time for British business owners! It’s great that other countries and putting in provisions to try and make sense of it all!

All the best, Leia
