How to make infused water
Infused water is a great way to get yourself to drink more water and avoid unhealthy beverages, such as soda.
All you need to do is cut up some fruit, cucumber, lemon, or lime. It's really up to you what you want to add. You can try several combinations, such as raspberry and lemon, or mixed berries.
Next, place one cup of fruit and/or vegetable in a large pitcher.
Add water.
Then let it chill overnight in the fridge.

#1 Its up to you if you want to or not. I always do though I think I will try ginger slices and lemon in my next infused water creation.

I like lemon in water. 🙂I once did a spritzer with sparkling water, white wine, rasberries and lime, which was nice.
