Infused water is a great way to get yourself to drink more water and avoid unhealthy beverages, such as soda.
- All you need to do is cut up some fruit, cucumber, lemon, or lime. It's really up to you what you want to add. You can try several combinations, such as raspberry and lemon, or mixed berries.
- Next, place one cup of fruit and/or vegetable in a large pitcher.
- Add water.
- Then let it chill overnight in the fridge.
