How To Make Black Garlic
Black garlic is a type of aged garlic that has twice the amount of Antioxidants than regular garlic. When aged slowly it is technically considered fermented garlic. It will have a savory sweetness that will seem like it has been caramelized. Wikipedia says that It has become a sought after ingredient in high end cuisine.

I heard about this a couple of years ago. I haven't tried it. As I recall there was one company that dominated this market. I don't remember the name.

I would like to try this too. I donβt have a rice cook to use for cooking it for 10 to 14 days though. I am going research other methods.

I guess putting them in a pot with lid in the oven should have the same effect.
