World's EASIEST Homemade CHEESE recipe (3 Ingredie
I am planning on starting to make my own cheese. I like this simple recipe. I think I would use lemon juice instead of vinegar. This video is two young guys making cheese so I am warning you that there is a little bit of fowl language used….but not much.

Noooo don´t boil the milk! it will make the cheese chewie in a unpleasent way. Do this instead
Homemade cheese
Ingredients
milk (I normally use 1-2 litres)
lemon juice (I normally use 3/4 of a deciliter but I like the lemon taste)
And if you want, spices (I like white peppar with the lemon taste)
How to
Add the milk and lemonjuice to a saucepan, heat slowley until it starts to curdle, at about 40 degrees (so little warmer than skin temperature). Put a lid on and put it to the side and forget about it for the next 3 minutes or so. Check if the cheese have curdled, if not you can add a little more lemon juice and repeat the process.
Put it in a cheese cloth and let it drip (if you want to add spices do it now). If you want harder cheese out it in a mold and put a weight on it.
done
But a way easier way to do cheese is to take processed sour milk, youghurt, kefir or other types of sour milk, put it in a coffee filter and let it drip off in the fridge over night and you have a smooth cheese
