How to make lots of different pasta shapes by hand
This looks like something you could do with your kids. There are many shapes even small children can Help make. I hadn't realized that some pasta dough only requires flour and water. Have you made pasta like this?

In the 50ies I made a lot of spätzle
I did like it. The easies way of making it was making the dough put it on a board Boil water an cut pieces in the boiling water.
