So last night was a messy one and I've been feeling rough today. How would you cure a hangover?

I’ve heard that sauerkraut can Help with hangovers. Otherwise, drinking fruit juice (preferably apple), water and sleeping should Help.

They say that pu-erh tea is good against hangovers. But since I don't drink alcohol I havn't got personal experience
