I found this video guide with Nigel Armitage showing how to saddle stitch leather in different ways. The tutorial is quite comprehensive and includes presentations of the tools and materials you need as well as how you use them to stitch leather. Hopefully someone will start a leather craft community here at Savvity in the future. :-)
