Stir 1 deciliter sugar with 1/3 deciliter of good quality cacao. Add enough milk to just make it runny. Add a big chunk of butter (perhaps 50 gram) and 1/2 deciliter syrup. Boil for a couple of minutes while stiring.

Pour it over vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
